This rotation provides the residents with a broad overview of rheumatology and familiarizes them with the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatological entities commonly encountered in the practice of internal medicine. The purpose of the Addiction Medicine rotation is to supplement jknesville learning by providing the specific knowledge, attitude, and skills needed to manage patients with alcohol and other substance use disorders including prescribed medications and other non-proprietary drug use.
